Pop the marshmallows into a metal or glass bowl and pour the melted butter on top.
Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water and fully melt the marshmallows.
Add in the rice krispies and fully mix together.
Pop a little oil on your hands and then one by one shape the “brains” and place then on some parchment paper to set.
To finish, mix the icing sugar, red food colour together to create ghastly blood and drizzle over the “marshmallow brains”.

Soften the butter in a bowl.
Add the sugar and cream the mix until light and fluffy.
Add the sieved flour and bring together into a dough.
Cover and place the dough in the fridge to chill.
Roll out the dough to about 2cm thick and then cut out the cookies using a halloween shaped cookie cutter. (You can also try it free hand!).
Bake at 170oC for 12 mins until lightly golden.
When cool decorate with fondant icing.

Toast the oats in the oven until golden brown.
Blitz the dried fruit and maple syrup in a mini chopper or food processor.
Mix the dried fruit in with the oats with a wooden spoon.
Roll into balls and coat with coconut.
To make them spooky, melt some chocolate in the microwave and pipe 4cm legs on to some parchment paper, allow to them to set and stick them into your spider energy balls, add some raisins for eyes!

Raspberry or any red berry puree

Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water.
Heat the puree in a pan.
Add the gelatine to the puree and pour into the a halloween jelly mould. (Can also use and ice-cube holder)
