Three day summer camp for budding chefs 20th – 22nd July

Our three day camp is design to up skill our budding chefs in sweet & savoury cookery. Students will join us in our funky state of the art kitchen and each day learn a main course and dessert, fit to make at home and impress. This course will suit junior chefs that have an interest in cooking and cook at home. The course is also aimed to give student life skills, students will be expected to follow directions, read recipes, work cleanly and efficiently and of course have some fun.

Hearty Irish soda bread and gusty soup followed by molten chocolate lava cakes
Spaghetti carbonara, garlic bread followed by mixed berry pannacotta
Chicken & roasted vegetable tray bake followed by ultimate crumble muffins
Course details:
This course is suitable for ages 11-17 yrs. Demo and hands elements to the class
Class booking are non refundable however contact us as there may be a waiting list and we can try and resell the ticket. Due to COVID in the unfortunate situation that we need to cancel a class we will give as much notice as possible and a full refund or a rescheduled class will be offered.
Minimum of 10 students is required in order for a class to proceed, a full refund will be offered in the case that the numbers are not met.
