Learn from the professional
This is the perfect way to spend a morning, the class will be making brioche dough and using it to make cinnamon swirls and brioche breakfast pastries and filling them with seasonal fillings. Also will be a scone master class with the do’s and don’t of the perfect scone
Students will learn all the tricks to produce exceptional breakfast pastries to recreate at home for a special brunch or just an average Saturday.

- This course is suitable for beginners but aimed at the a comfortable baker!

Class booking are non-refundable however contact us as there may be a waiting list and we can try and resell the ticket
In the unfortunate situation that we need to cancel a class we will give as much notice as possible and a full refund or a rescheduled class will be offered.
Minimum of 10 students are required in order for a class to proceed, a full refund will be offered in the case that the numbers are not met.
Classes are over 18’s, please contact us if you wish to attend with a younger person and we will see if it is possible
