We source high quality green beans from small producers around the world and roast them to perfection right here on site in Kilkenny. Through the glass partition you can see right into roastery while doing classes in the cookery school! Taste some of our beans in the cafes, brewed to perfection by our wonderful baristas or pick up a bag to bring home!
